Short version:

sudo incus exec uptime -- sh
cd /var/www/uptime-kuma
git fetch --all --tags
git checkout <version> --force
npm install --omit dev --no-audit
npm run download-dist
pm2 restart uptime-kuma

You will, of course, have to replace <version> with the actual latest Uptime Kuma version.
